Pigeons roost overnight, they create hazardous, unsightly droppings. They are active throughout the day to access food supplies, leaving droppings on window ledges, in the garden, on furniture, paving and walkways. They also inhabit roof voids and damaged brickwork. The solution to all these problems are to stop pigeons getting under your solar panels permanently.

Gutter Cleaning Service

Regular gutter cleaning is a very important part of any property/facility routine maintenance. Enough leaf debris, moss, pigeon droppings and other debris build up in your gutters and downpipes can cause blockages and you should arrange to have them cleared as quickly as possible when they become blocked.

Rainwater that no longer drains away will flow over the top of the guttering and cascade down masonry or brickwork. A visible sign of this process taking place is the growth of moss and algae on brickwork. The weight of water and soaked debris that builds up behind a blockage puts excess pressure on gutter and downpipe joints. This extra weight can cause sections of guttering to sag, joints to open, and support fixings to weaken.

In addition, the This can cause damp, and in severe cases, if the gutters aren’t cleared, this could even reduce the structural integrity of the affected parts of your property.

Standard Gutter Cleaning

We will remove all debris built up within the gutters, including leaves, moss and anything which may be causing a blockage. This is done by hand using ladders and brushes. We’ll also unblock any downpipes.

Full Wash Service (Gutters, Soffits & Fascias)

We offer this service between February and November every year and it includes clearing the gutters internally, then washing them on the outside along with the uPVC soffits and fascia boards.
